I stayed at the apartment, and overall, it was a mixed experience. The room was clean and comfortable with all the needed amenities, but the noise from the street below was quite disruptive. The location was excellent, right in the heart of Covent Garden, though busy. The service was somewhat intrusive, with issues like unauthorized entry into the dishwasher and a manual input of my credit card details without permission. Despite these drawbacks, the vibrant Covent Garden surroundings and the apartment's convenience were definite highlights.

The hotel is ideally located just behind Covent Garden, making it very central to all attractions. My room was quiet with a bedroom at the back of the property, providing an excellent retreat. The service was friendly, although the unauthorized manual entry of my credit card details was concerning. I enjoyed the proximity to theatres and restaurants, but the street could get chilly. The hotel offers homemade dishes for dining, and the facilities were mostly satisfactory.
